Return & Refund Policy – Physical Goods

We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy on all physical items.

Returns:

• You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@chucktails.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item and it has been inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges:

• If your item is damaged or defective, we’re happy to offer a replacement or exchange. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, incorrect, or faulty.
